A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced, customer focused Fleet Sales Consultant to join the team at Bathurst Motor Group. We are looking for a Fleet Sales Consultant with a proven automotive sales background and the drive to excel in a professional environment and develop and grow our Fleet Department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying client needs and developing long term business relationships
• End to end sales process
• Generate new accounts
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance goals
• Initiating and exploring new opportunities for fleet volume and growth
• Handing all Fleet business in an efficient and helpful manner
• Conducting regular follow ups of all fleet enquiries. 
• Manage all existing fleet accounts and clients.

Essential criteria:

• A passion for the automotive industry
• A strong desire to achieve individual and team targets
• Outstanding communication and personal presentation
• Minimum 12 months' experience selling vehicles preferable
• Current Driver's Licence
