About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to fill a full-time for our Help Desk Support team which assist various divisions within WIN’s Television and Radio Businesses. As the Commercial Systems Officer, you will be required to assist the Sales team, Media Management (Traffic) department, Finance department and Advertising Agencies. You will perform system administration tasks; manage business and software support and provide support for users of traffic and sales product within the WIN Network. You will also be required to undertake troubleshooting/problem solving; this may include providing business recommendations and implementing business or workflow changes. About you: Accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships. Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems. Demonstrated ability to take steps to solve a problem. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Ability to interact effectively with all levels, other office and external stakeholders. Excellent phone manner and problem solving ability for incoming complaints and inquiries. Ability to operate within a high volume/pressurised and demanding environment.
