New and exciting opportunities are now available for both New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team at Cricks Sugar Road and Cricks Wises Road! You will be are part of a multi-franchise auto group! Cricks is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and has been operating for over 25 years. With 5 dealerships representing 16 brands across the Sunshine Coast we are the locals favourite car dealer for new and used vehicles!

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
• Managing customer enquiries and follow up.
• Providing excellent customer service. 
• Opening and setting up the dealership for the day.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations which leads to effective sales outcomes.
• Helping you and your team meeting sales targets, KPIs and income for all.
• Maintain the Vehicle Showroom, personal workstation and personal appearance.
• Assist prospective customers with vehicle enquiries.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale.
• Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets.
• The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a great working culture.
• Previous sales experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
• The desire and motivation to learn and grow new skills.
• Manual drivers licence.
