About the role Provision of high quality patient care through efficient and effective management of the human and material resources of the Intensive Care Unit. This can be achieved by providing effective leadership and coordination, facilitating a customer focused culture, upholding the mission of St Vincent's Health Australia and providing expert managerial guidance to the multidisciplinary team and facilitate the practice of nursing staff within the service. Duties Ensure all practices are consistent with the National Safety and Quality Health Service and relevant professional practice and ethical standards and guidelines Ensure clinical practice is consistent with the standards of ACHS, professional and ethical standards and guidelines. Your skills will include: Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications and Postgraduate qualifications in relevant speciality Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders in both written and verbal formats Ability to motivate and provide leadership to the team Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members ABOUT ST VINCENTS PRIVATE HOSPITAL TOOWOOMBA St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients.
