Our Client is a leading Architecture Studio. With their receptionist taking an extended Christmas break, they are looking for a temp to cover the gap. Leading the front-desk, you will be responsible for: Management of the company switch board Greeting Clients and external visitors Management of front office and meeting rooms General housekeeping of reception and breakout spaces Ordering and maintenance of office supplies This general reception role is ideal for someone who is keen to start their year in an award winning design environment. Your natural interpersonal abilities teamed with some prior experience in reception or administration will make you a sure fire fit for this amazing temporary position.
