CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnels and Stations package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometre's of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street. One project team, building career opportunities for you. The Building Services Manager position sits within the Stations & Precincts construction delivery team. You will effectively coordinate the procurement and construction elements for designated trades on the project to ensure safety, time, cost and environmental objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for: Manage all aspects of Building Services delivery Able to oversee 4-5 projects simultaneously and rigorously control all aspect of project costs Lead commercial management of multiple Building Services trades Deliver to project production KPI's and provide accurate status information on the progress Leads, manages and mentors the Project Services team members providing them with goals and direction, objectives/strategy advice Minimum requirements for this role include the following: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Demonstrated experience working on large scale building/infrastructure projects Experience in coordination of Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors.
