Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to work alongside our Project Managers, managing a project in North Hobart. Construct Services is an industry leader in insurance repairs specialising in the Commercial, Heritage, Strata and Major Loss Residential sectors across Australia. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to work alongside our Project Managers, managing a heritage project in North Hobart. This is a dynamic and fast paced role which will require you to be able to think on your feet and work with a variety of people across the business. We are offering a full-time position, with an immediate start in February 2024. Main Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate on-site activities and ensure adherence to timelines. Maintain high quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomes Promote & maintain safe work protocols at all times Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers. Applying sound judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills Collaborating with the Project Manager Provide the technical knowledge and support to ensure the project is completed to a satisfactory standard Desired Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years site supervising experience with a residential builder or commercial builder. Proven ability to set out trades and effectively manage subcontractors onsite. Excellent attention to detail in understanding plans and execution. Strong levels of ambition, drive, and commitment to succeed. Great communication skills, understanding the process and steps throughout the phases of construction.
