Now is an exciting moment to become part of our team as we are actively seeking to fill two pivotal positions within our organization:

 

  • Workshop Foreman 

In this role, you'll oversee and supervise the workshop technical team, solving complex technical issues and allocating daily tasks. You'll ensure repair completion times are met and maintain workshop operations to OH&S standards. Supporting the service manager and reception team, you'll liaise with customers on technical matters and escalate issues when necessary.  You will have trade qualifications and extensive automotive servicing experience, ideally with Master Tech or Diagnostic Specialist accreditation. A strong understanding of electrical and diagnostic routines, dealership warranty processes, and service department procedures. With excellent communication and organizational skills, you are dynamic and customer-centric, ensuring maximum workshop efficiency. 

 

  • Master Technician 

Take the next step in their career and lead a small team of Technicians & Apprentices as Team Leader. Requirements include 5+ years of experience, preferably with a Senior or Master Technician background, though diagnostic qualifications would be a plus. We value individuals who exhibit a high level of personal commitment, focus, and teamwork, along with holding a current manual driver's license. Attention to detail, ambition, and an authentic passion for the automotive industry are essential qualities we seek. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with daily workshop tasks, conducting intricate repairs and diagnostics across various vehicles, managing parts orders and providing mechanical advice. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring technicians and apprentices, ensuring adherence to warranty repair protocols, meticulously inspecting vehicles pre-customer collection, and upholding stringent safety regulations within the team.

 

Note that automotive dealership experience is essential.
